Red Frogs

Named after a popular Australian sweet, Red Frogs is a support program for young people from the ages of 15 – 25.This humble confectionery item is a point of connection between over 200,000 Young Adults around the nation and our collective of over 2,500 volunteers. Whether it’s at leavers week, music festivals or university campuses, we recognize that the culture of young people is dominated by alcohol and other substances that can lead to dangerous and life altering behaviours. We make it our mission to provide a positive peer presence in alcohol-fueled environments where young people gather, educate young people on safe partying behaviours, and/or diversionary activities that engage young people in these environments. As a result of being practical, available and consistent in serving, we are placed in a position of trust with young people, thereby enabling us to disciple them through some of the most challenging times of their lives. We take every opportunity to engage in acts of generosity that foster relationship and display genuine care and concern for the lives of others. For more information about Red Frogs or to volunteer visit www.redfrogs.com.au .

HOPE (Helping Out People Everywhere) Inc. is our community service organisation that exists to meet the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of people living crisis within Perth, WA. Our mission at HOPE is to provide help for today and hope for tomorrow. We aim to meet people’s needs wherever they are at in their lives and provide them with the skills they need to do life better.

Hope began operating in 1992, primarily providing food parcels as a response to an identified need within the community. Today we assist thousands of families and individuals each year through our drop-in centre where we provide food relief, financial assistance, informal counselling, support and referrals to other agencies as well as free showers, clothing, toiletries and household goods.

In addition to these services we also host a monthly barbeque where all are welcome, we operate a Christmas Cheer program, providing Christmas Hampers and gifts for families in need and offer workshops on topics that build practical life skills. For our calendar of events, please click here.

We are open from 10am-12pm and 1pm-3.30pm every Tuesday and Friday. Food parcels are only available after 1pm and we do recommend booking over the phone to avoid disappointment. For more information about our service please follow us on Facebook or Instagram @hopeinc94 or call us from during opening hours on 9427 5013.

One Nation One Day

We believe that a nation can be changed in a day! We’re thrilled that we’ve been able to join thousands of other missionaries for #1Nation1Day in Nicaragua in 2017 and then again in Peru in 2019. 1Nation1Day is a movement led by the local church with teams from over 100 different churches representing 33 nations. We are truly living in a new missions era where the local church unites for the salvation and transformation of entire nations, and we’re honoured to be a part.
